Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) Consultant with specialized expertise in SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals). This is a remote role where you will be a key player in our implementation projects, guiding our clients through their S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation journey. You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of end-to-end PP, QM, and ATTP solutions, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all phases of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations (Explore, Prepare, Discover, Realize, Deploy, Run) with a focus on PP, QM, and ATTP modules.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design future processes, and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Perform hands-on configuration for SAP PP (Production Orders, MRP, Capacity Planning, etc.) and QM (Inspection Plans, Quality Certificates, Notifications, etc.) in a Public Cloud environment.
• Configure and implement SAP ATTP for serialization, aggregation, and compliance reporting, specifically for pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
• Integrate ATTP with SAP ECC/S4 and third-party systems (e.g., L3/L4 systems, MES).
• Ensure compliance with global serialization regulations (e.g., US DSCSA, EU FMD).
• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
• Provide expert guidance to clients on best practices and process optimization.
• Lead testing activities (Unit, Integration, UAT) and provide end-user training and support.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members and project managers.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 8+ years of experience as an SAP PP/QM Consultant.
• Non-negotiable: Must have completed at least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP ATTP.
• Proven experience with at least 2 full-lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA, preferably on the Public Cloud edition.
• Deep, hands-on configuration expertise in SAP PP and QM modules.
• In-depth knowledge of ATTP functionalities: Serial Number Profile Master Data, SSCC hierarchy (aggregation), VSN (Verification Serial Number), Events and EPCIS, TDI and TDS configurations, and compliance reports.
• Strong understanding of the business processes in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences industries.
• Experience with integrating ATTP with SAP ERP and external systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• S/4HANA Public Cloud certification in PP/QM or ATTP.
• Experience with other SAP solutions like ICH or EWM.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for SAP, Testing, CRM, and Web/Mobile Application services.
• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Bridge marketing campaigns with sales execution to improve conversion.
• Understand client requirements and position appropriate SAP/IT solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — lead generation, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Work closely with delivery and technical teams to create customized proposals.

Required Qualifications
